Terms of Use
Last updated 7 July 2026.
These terms govern your use of Parampara, provided by Varun Rao ("we", "us"). By using the app or website, you agree to them.
Who can use Parampara
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the information you add and for keeping your account secure.
Your secret phrase and recovery code
Parampara is designed so that only you can open your vault. This means you are responsible for keeping your secret phrase and recovery code safe. If you lose both, we have no way to recover your vault for you, because we never hold your key. Please store your recovery code somewhere safe.
What you may not do
Do not use Parampara for anything unlawful, do not attempt to break or misuse the service, and do not use it to store content you have no right to keep.
The service is provided as is
We work hard to keep Parampara reliable and secure, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Not legal or financial advice
Parampara helps you organise information. It does not provide legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not replace a lawyer or a properly executed Will.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will let you know. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
